Did you know they re-released it for digital purchase?? All dlc’s are on sale rn for 13.99(CAD) each on steam, which is somewhat reasonable for EA i suppose. 
I recently got sims 2 & 3 then quit playing 4 altogether.
Unfortunately i can only imagine how demanding this would be for inzoi but man that would be so sweet. The zone part you mentioned seems like it could work somehow, even with loading screens i’d be happy to travel around somewhat seamlessly lol
