[ 0.9.3 ] CustomZOI to export a ZOI either LOCALY or Canvas still not fixed.

    • Game Version: 20260701.13568.W

    • Platform: Steam Windows

    • Mods:
      :round_pushpin:Small Talk Fix
      :round_pushpin:Bigger Households
      :round_pushpin:Balanced Painting

Hardware Specifications & Operating System (OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM, storage…):
      Windows 10 Professional / 22H2 / 19045.7417
      13th Gen Intel(R) Core i9-13900KF 3.00 GHz
      NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti
192 Gb Ram, 4TB NVmE with 2.2tb left.

    • Steps to Reproduce:
Get in-game with one of your Zois
CustomZOI 000000 (where the 000000 is the Zoi ID)
Try to save the ZOI as a template // Or to export him/her to Canvas.
      Still not working.

We were told this was fixed in the latest hotfix, but sadly that is not true.

This ZOI was created in 0.8.0, so he has ALL of the information properly filled-out.
Thank you for addressing ASAP as I want to export that guy before starting a new save with the recent update !

Oh my friend it’s the same for me too! :face_with_spiral_eyes:

I can confirm that it’s the same in my game. Hope this gets addressed soon :slightly_smiling_face:

Sorry to bump this, but it’s kind of a major issue to not be able to export zois to use in a future game.
Been waiting on this for a while now and I really want this fixed ASAP so I can return to the game.

Thank you for addressing quickly.

Me too! The CustomZOI cheat was fixed for NPC townies but now I can’t save my own Zois as Zoi Presets.

Still happening as of 0.9.4 - 2026.07.09

Thank you for addressing !

Still not fixed as of 0.9.5 – 2026.07.15

Can we put a bit of priority on this? I cannot export any family members of my new family, and I need to do that for any new games I envision. Thank you !

How to reproduce:

  • Activate cheats and type « Showzoiinfo » and note the ID of this the zoi (say 21666).
  • Then you do « Customzoi 21666 »
  • You get the CAZ to edit your zoi but you have access to more options
  • Click « Zoi preset » at the bottom left
  • Then « Save » at the top right.

.
PS: Still doing the same thing when trying to export a fully “filed-in” zoi from in-game (See OP for more info on the Zoi’s “filled-in” fields) :
