  I have other 500 mods from curseforage between clothes and furniture and gameplay. I’m not sure if I have to list all of them by hand.

• Turns out my file is too big to fit in here, so I can’t share my savefile, also, when I chech the folders I’m not sure which in the correct save file, so I’d appreciate some work-arounds.

• Details:

• **When my game first updated to v.0.9.0 patch, in my active save my two zois were at work, one of them was in a rabbit hole career and the other one was in an active one at Adam entreteinment as a team lead; the zoi in the active career finished the day normally, all task were accordingly and even new after-work taks properly appeared matching the work position.

  The next day when both zois went to work, the zoi in the rabbit hole career reamined unaffected, but the team lead in the active career had the tasks os an employe, a the level below team lead, as a result not all of the tasks were accomplishable, only two, one interaction with the idols (compliment a pop idol for their hard work), that is a necesary task for the employee level but reamins aviable for the others afther promotion; and have a meeting in the meeting office that is a task aviable and necesary for employe and team lead position but not the ceo position.

  As a cusequence my zoi was not able to comple all the task and the performance was leveled by the completed and failed tasks.

  I spected this problem to be fixed in the following patches and hot fixes, but it wasn’t. Eventually I found a work around the bug by having work-related intearactions with co-workers, as they rise the work performance and eventually earned my zoi a promotion to ceo.

  I hoped the promotion would fix the bug, but as a ceo my zoi’s tasks don’t match the position.

  My zoi also started to live with a co-worker who is a senior idol, and when comparing the work tasks, the idol’s work fine but my zoi’s don’t.

  Also while trying to document the bug I took the chance to add a few bugs:

  • After a hot fix patch of v.0.9.0 (no sure which), The zois will use some chairs wrong.

  • Since my zoi started to work at the company there is no cleaning, so since before v.0.9.0. (not sure when, I can only assume this is a situation since the beginning of the game) the toilets get dirty after a few uses and there’s no way to clean them since the interaction is locked for the workers.

  • Also a bug I failed to document is one where the sofa and chair in the ceo’s office locked you in a “sitting in the air position” after you cancelled an action they were doing on them.

    Easily fixed by maing them sit in the same chair again and sending them to do something else. I hope to reacreate this bug and add a complementarie screenshot.

Hello and welcome to the forum! Just as a little first tip: It is better to list different bugs in different topics, so the devs have an easier way to see and identify the bugs. But that just as a side info for next time! For your bug regarding the position and mismatched tasks, I have following tips for you (reworked on 14/07/26, because I partially asked google and another inZOI player if they have ideas on this issue beforehand, which sadly resulted in some misinfo. Thankfully @Milkfior brought that to my attention):

Quit and Re-hire: Have your Zoi quit the job at Adam Entertainment entirely. Clear the cache, wait 24 in-game hours, and then use your relationships or cheats to hire them straight back into the CEO position.

Clear the Gameplay Cache

Corrupted cache files from older game versions can trap old task parameters or result in other issues in your active save.

• Close inZOI completely.
• Locate your inZOI user directory C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\BlueClient\Saved\webcache_4430
  
• Restart the game.

Isolate Broken Gameplay Mods (The 50/50 Method)

With over 500 mods active, a script conflict is highly probable.

• Isolate Gameplay Scripts: Create a temporary folder on your desktop called TempMods. Cut and paste only your gameplay/script mods out of your main directory (leave clothes and furniture, as cosmetic items rarely break job logic).
• Test the Save: Boot up the game and send your CEO Zoi to work. If the tasks generate perfectly, one of your gameplay scripts is broken or incompatible with the v.0.9.0 patch architecture.
• Filter Using 50/50: Put half of the gameplay mods back and test again. Repeat this process until you find the exact mod causing the task tracking to freeze.

Addressing the Secondary Office Bugs

The Dirty Office Toilets: Because cleaning interactions are locked for standard workers, you may use Build Mode. Go into Build Mode while at the workplace (the symbol which looks like a tiny sky scraper with a hammer next to the regular build mode), select the dirty toilets, and manually replace them with new ones. To build on a property you don’t own, you would need a cheat. Alternatively, there is also a cheat which lets you clean the property.

The Sitting in the Air Animation Lock: This occurs when an animation state machine gets interrupted mid-action. The workaround of forcing them to sit back down is correct. To prevent it entirely, avoid canceling actions while a Zoi is physically transitioning onto or off a piece of furniture.

I’m sorry, but did you just use an AI to generate this post? There is no SetCareerLevel cheat nor is there an option to demote your Zoi, there is only the JobPromotion cheat to give your Zoi a promotion in their current career. I’m running vanilla and I don’t see any folders labelled cache in inZOI folders under either AppData\Local or Documents. I can understand you’re trying to be helpful and perhaps I am misunderstanding here but if you don’t know how to help, please don’t use an AI to generate a post like this that you can’t verify yourself because you just end up spreading misinformation and wasting other people’s time.

I’m playing vanilla, and I believe I can back up that two of these are game bugs unrelated to any mods. I first experienced this issue on Entertainment Agency Employee track at Adam Entertainment when being promoted to Team Lead and subsequently CEO. Only new work tasks that came with the new job rank could be performed on the computer. The work tasks assigned did not update with the promotion and therefore could not be completed. I’ve reproduced this on a fresh save and joined the career before promoting using cheats. The work tasks are stuck at the Employee level.

The second video linked also shows one of the same issues I’m experiencing. To narrow it down, it’s a specific issue with the meeting chairs in Adam Entertainment.

For the cheat I actually asked google, because I only remembered that there was a job cheat. That is on me and I will correct it in my upper post. My bad.

For the cache, the folder is named webcache_4430 and the complete path is this:

C:\Users\YOUR-USERNAME\AppData\Local\BlueClient\Saved\webcache_4430
