When my character goes to high school, everyone there just stands still, not walking or sitting. When activity time comes (for example, during class time), none of the Zoi go to the classrooms. Similarly, the teachers don’t go to the classrooms either. All the Zoi (except my character) just stand motionless somewhere in the school. Even closing and reopening the game doesn’t fix this. I don’t experience these kinds of bugs anywhere else besides high school.
Images alone may not be enough. It will be easier to solve if you send your save file.
Welcome to the forum @seena_0002
. I haven’t encountered this bug myself, but these tips might help.
Trigger a Loading Screen (Soft Reset): Take your controlled Zoi and use your phone to travel to a completely different lot (like a cafe or park), then immediately travel back to the high school. This forces the game to dump the active lot cache and reroll the pathfinding vectors for all background characters.
Tweak the “Smart Zoi” Settings: If you have AI or Smart Zoi features enabled, go into your game options and turn off Smart Zoi entirely (do not just use the toggle). Save your game, restart, let it run for a couple of minutes, and turn it back on. This flushes the global behavioral cache that dictates background NPC choices.
Shift-Click / Reset the Lot Object: If you play with developer cheats enabled, shift-clicking the ground of the school lot or the main entry doors to trigger an object reset can break the routing loop that the NPCs are trapped in.
In addition, as @Mazikeen stated, it helps to attach the affected save file, so the team can inspect your specific bug better. She also left a description on how to do it above

Thank you very much for your help. It turns out the “Smart Zoi” setting was already turned off on my end. I’ll try your other suggestions as well. I’ll let you know how it goes—whether it works or not. Thanks again.
Thanks for the feedback. Let us know if anything worked. Otherwise, I might have some other ideas that may help
