If you visit canvas on your browser without the game open and then sign in with steam. Does that allow you to queue up downloads? If you then open the game and inside Inzoi click on the profile picture icon on the right top, does it allow you to connect to steam to then download the canvas items?
What if you just open Amnesia, and at the bottom you can open the server selection and choose server 2, try to access at least YouTube to see if it works? After that, if YouTube works, open the game and open what you need. Basically, if YouTube and other sites start working, then the issue might even be in the game itself. In that case, they’ll need to share all their PC specs and describe the error.
Anyway, I tried your ban and amnesty options, but nothing changed. The error persisted, even though I was able to access YouTube just fine, but the amnesty itself connects poorly, takes a very long time, and sometimes doesn’t connect at all.
I’m just going to throw it out there, maybe it’ll help someone even if it’s unrelated. But I’ve had that basically the moment Inzoi is running, no other program on my computer has internet anymore despite windows implying I do.
The fix for this is on windows going to device manager > open network adapters and right click on your network adapter and then properties > advanced tab > then set both channel width for 2.4GHz and 5Ghz to 20MHz only
You can try this out maybe it’ll finally work, I know it did for me finally.
