64-bit Operating System, x64 processor. - When adjusting graphics settings, performance, even in city management settings for animal density, safety, fire prevention, etc… I always get this notification: the settings are too high for your CPU. Even when I set everything to the lowest, the notification appears… I checked in-game and the CPU is not overloaded or at its limit at all, I’ve looked but there’s nothing on it, it doesn’t prevent me from playing but it’s troubling. I’m desperate, I should mention that this appeared after a very old update. Could you have a solution so this message no longer appears and why it’s appearing?
Additionally, in-game I have flickering with lighting on surfaces, a lamp lit behind on the wall flickers, the feet of a metal or stainless steel piece of furniture flickers, these are not general flickering but in small areas as well as mirrors where I can't get a sharp reflection without flickering. Could you have a solution to make this disappear?
