ITALY inspired DLC

:italy: Italy-Inspired DLC — The Land of Art, Fashion & Food

6

Imagine if inZOI introduced an Italy-inspired DLC where every street feels full of history, fashion, music, and amazing food.

Instead of another modern city, you’d explore charming towns, historic landmarks, and lively public squares filled with culture.

:classical_building: 1. Beautiful Architecture & Statues

Imagine walking through cities with:

  • :classical_building: Grand statues.
  • :fountain: Beautiful fountains.
  • :castle: Historic buildings.
  • :hibiscus: Flower-filled plazas.
  • :chair: Outdoor cafés.

Every neighborhood would feel elegant and full of history.

:pizza: 2. Authentic Italian Food

Food could become part of everyday life.

Imagine your Zoi enjoying:

  • :pizza: Fresh wood-fired pizza.
  • :spaghetti: Homemade pasta.
  • :ice_cream: Gelato.
  • :hot_beverage: Espresso.
  • :croissant: Italian pastries.

Friends and families could gather at restaurants and cafés, making meals a social event.

:dress: 3. Italian Fashion

Italy is famous for style.

The DLC could introduce:

  • :dress: Elegant dresses.
  • :necktie: Tailored suits.
  • :coat: Designer jackets.
  • :high_heeled_shoe: Stylish shoes.
  • :handbag: Luxury handbags.
  • :sunglasses: Sunglasses and fashionable accessories.

Your Zois could dress for a casual café visit or a glamorous evening out.

:performing_arts: 4. Street Performers & Mimes

Public squares could feel alive with:

  • :white_heart: Mimes entertaining visitors.
  • :violin: Musicians playing live.
  • :artist_palette: Artists painting portraits.
  • NPCs gathering to watch performances.

These little moments would make the city feel vibrant.

:sunset: 5. The Italian Atmosphere

The atmosphere could be unforgettable:

  • :sunrise: Golden sunsets.
  • :musical_notes: Music drifting through the streets.
  • :hot_beverage: People chatting at outdoor cafés.
  • :person_walking: Couples strolling through plazas.
  • :cherry_blossom: Flower-filled balconies.
  • :speedboat: Scenic canals in some districts.

Every evening could feel like a holiday.

That would be an absolutely wonderful DLC addition.

Yes!!! now you get me and at this rate why need Spain and France because Italy has or is combined of those two:grin::joy:

And yet, for now - France

Italy doesn’t have the Eiffel Tower. There’s the Leaning Tower of Pisa, yes, but the Eiffel Tower looks more unique

Oh, I guess I got lost with Pizza:grin:, oh and yes France (Paris) should be added, because of the Eiffel tower:face_savoring_food:

Being Italian, I obviously agree

Being French, I can tell you there are far more beautiful things than the Eiffel Tower. I find it more photogenic than impressive in person :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

I think a France/Paris DLC would be great too.

I’m happy to believe that, but here in Russia we always used to say “See Paris and die” So it’s still absolutely necessary to see it, at least in the game.

But that said, I hope we’ll eventually get DLC for all more or less significant latitudes and cities. Though of course, it’s possible they’ll be without real unique landmarks, like the Sphinx, the Statue of Liberty, or the Eiffel Tower, for instance. After all, we have “cities from a parallel reality,” so to speak.

Plus I’m confident: in the form that the developers give us each country, we’ll squeal with delight at how colorfully and interestingly it will be depicted. So the France we get in-game will definitely be a hit with us! :innocent:

Looks like that’s exactly what we’re waiting for as the very first one, if the plans don’t change again

It was included in the Sims 3 WA EP ? ( france , egypt , china ) Then a similar larger package could be made for Inzoi. @Kara @Carnel @LeeLoo

On my end, no idea  I might surprise you, but I’ve played the Sims very little, so I don’t really know the content of the Sims 3 EPs.

My statement was misunderstood because of the translation. I meant that the package is already available in S3 but a better one could be made for Inzoi.

Ah okay, I understand better now. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: So it was the translation that made me misinterpret your comment. But yes, the idea of having multiple countries is really interesting. Especially once you know the cities almost by heart, you want to discover new places, vary your experiences, and discover different cultures.

I totally understand. You always want to discover places different from the ones you already know. Just like you with Paris, I would very much like to see Russia represented in the game as well. Through the images and videos I see, it looks like a magnificent country, with impressive architecture and streets that seem very well maintained. Your metros in particular are real works of art!

That would be cool, but it seems to me unlikely to happen right away. If only for the reason of not copying directly.

For example, you could also add pyramids to start with. But they don’t have to be Egyptian, right? There are also Mayan pyramids, and in general all of Latin America if you want options with desert landscapes. And after a few years — why not Egypt? By then the game will be filled with other countries, and no one will accuse the developers of “following in footsteps”.

It seems most natural to me that whatever region is added now should be one where all 4 seasons are well represented. Simply because at the moment this only exists in Dowon, the other towns are too “summery”. So it would be great to see something where there’s more variety in dealing with ice and snow — snowball fights, snowmen, snow forts and little houses… I.e., so that it’s not just a new city that appears, but new activities are added right along with it that, while common to all cities, would be most interesting to do there. Like, for example, scuba diving in Cahaya right now. You can also swim in Bliss Bay, but it’s most interesting to do it in the tropics. Though I really hope that the ocean in Bliss will also be improved over time :innocent:

Just in this case, evidence of France in the code surfaced again, which had been removed from there earlier. I don’t think I’m revealing some secret, I didn’t extract this code myself, so the developers probably won’t be upset with me for this assumption :slightly_smiling_face:

Thank you, it’s nice to hear! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I really hope that it will be in the game too, and all the bad events in the world will end, and we’ll all be able to visit each other’s countries in real life to see it all in person. That’s what I’d really like! :folded_hands: :folded_hands::folded_hands:

We have things very differently here, like everywhere else. There’s both cleanliness and dirt, there are beautiful museums and buildings, and there’s also decay… The main thing that’s interesting about us, perhaps, is a very large diversity of climate zones. From north to subtropics, from deserts and fields to taiga and tundra. You can always find the climate where you feel most comfortable.

Well, and since Russia has come up — here are a few of my June photos: Saint Petersburg, the Hermitage, and Peterhof. Just “for inspiration” :slightly_smiling_face:

Saint Petersburg is so beautiful! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: And Peterhof would be perfect for some kind of royal DLC.
Since we’re talking about Russia, there’s a really beautiful region here that would be ideal for a town with all four seasons! It’s Altai, Russia. Take a look at these photos

This would be a 10/10 DLC.
