Hmm… have you tried the Create A Zoi cheat, so you can edit her? Maybe it gets removed when you try using an accessory in the facial/head area? This reminds me of your mystery bug with the unsolved family ambition. They should hire you as bug tester

I got into CAZ. i put the hat on and went back to the game. Then i went into try again CAZ took the hat off went back to the game again, and it was fine. However, since this is a critical bug it wouldn’t be accurate to mark it as fixed. Thank you very much anyway. Edit results ; Oh no… the bug happ…

You have to embrace the permanent thug life now. Don’t fight it.

On a serious note, it does seem to be a newer bug that even changing clothes doesn’t help. This needs to be fixed.
