Crime mask and never takes it off. I’m at my breaking point. There’s no option to remove the mask i’m going to go crazy. !!! Even if you try to enter CAZ and bypass the bug the result will never change. It automatically put the mask back on in 5 minutes.Zoi has to wear a mask all the time. It’s torture.
Crisis. What have you tried so far? I remember reading of a similar issue and the only way was apparently to change clothes/outfits
Edit: I think this was the thread discussing it.
I tried changing clothes 1000 times but it didn’t help at all. 
I’m going to go completely insane.
You have to embrace the permanent thug life now. Don’t fight it.
On a serious note, it does seem to be a newer bug that even changing clothes doesn’t help. This needs to be fixed.

Hmm… have you tried the Create A Zoi cheat, so you can edit her? Maybe it gets removed when you try using an accessory in the facial/head area? This reminds me of your mystery bug with the unsolved family ambition. They should hire you as bug tester
I got into CAZ. i put the hat on and went back to the game. Then i went into try again CAZ took the hat off went back to the game again, and it was fine. However, since this is a critical bug it wouldn’t be accurate to mark it as fixed. Thank you very much anyway.
Edit results ; Oh no… the bug happened again. It automatically put the mask back on in 5 minutes. 
Hey @Mazikeen it looks like you run into the same issue as @TrinityTaylor some months ago unfortunately… And this means it has not been fixed since months as well…
Not sure though, is this always the case with the mask and thus a permanent bug for all players or is this happening randomly and there are also players who do not experience this bug?

That is so random… maybe try saving an extra save state in those functioning 5 minutes, close the game and reload that “5 minutes of unmasked freedom” file and see if it occurs again? I’m just giving out ideas, because I’m drawing a blank as well. Sorry Mazi
My friend this is a critical bug. Trying to bypass it is pointless. You realize that, right? We’re not developers. We can’t fix bugs.
I know. Just wanted to look for options so you can at least temporarily get rid of it until they finally fix it properly. A lot of bugs are very overdue sadly and every hot fix seems to bring a new handful

But yes, it’s the dev’s responsibility. With these kind of bugs still being around I’m not sure if it was a good idea that the dev team decided to have no seperate bug fixing team anymore and everyone does everything. This seems disorganised.
It makes one wonder if they straight up “forgot” to change the option from “putting on a mask” to “put mask off” when one wears it
