@Carnel I really, really hope they notice this soon. My entire city population looks more and more ridiculous by now….
Only good thing is that the Zois living in households seem to not be affected here.

I probably shouldn’t mention The Sims 4 because I know a lot of people don’t want to hear about it, but it got worse and worse as more content was added. Eventually, it became completely unbearable.
For me, NPCs should basically be like extras in a movie: present, but not constantly drawing attention to themselves.
Another thing that looks really bad is when the game puts different hair colors on the same hairstyle. I had an NPC who was blonde, but only part of her hair was blue. It looked like she was wearing a helmet.

Yeah, that’s true! I remember when I got to university — there were some wild freaks living with me. I still remember a guy with curly purple hair down to his waist, made up like a Native American, in short shorts and some completely ridiculous other clothes, who spent entire days getting in my way, and the rest weren’t much better either. Even for a student environment, it looked not daring, but ridiculous and ugly…
I’m sure that Krafton will take this into account and make sure not to repeat such absurdities. It’s just that only when they see something like that in the game themselves — then they’ll get to work on it.

I shut down the barbershop, basically retooled all the sims and then a new male NPC generated with a women’s hairstyle

Just spotted another one of those “city eccentrics” 
I know where she got the dress - this is sold by one of my Zois in her shop. And likely again she thought she also will get a new haircut from the hair salon which is in the back of my Zois shop
