    After the update, when entering the character creation screen, it is no longer possible to change the character’s appearance. This applies to the face and body settings. This error appears from time to time when entering the game.

Are you talking about Character Studio, when creating a new Zoi, or when you enter CAZ from Live Mode?

If in Character Studio or creating a new Zoi, the issue might be caused by broken mods, so make sure to test your game without any mod files in your game folder. I just tested CAZ in my game, and everything is functioning as intended.

If you mean when entering CAZ from Live Mode and editing a pre-existing Zoi, it’s never been possible to edit their faces and bodies by using the regular Edit Appearance button. You have to use the CustomZoi [Zoi ID] cheat to edit anything more than clothing.

I’m talking about all kinds of character creation. I also disabled ALL mods and the problem persisted. So it’s clearly not a mod issue, unfortunately.

Can you maybe include a screenshot of how the Zoi Creator looks for you? It is a little difficult to imagine and maybe we can see, what the issue is to help you​:four_leaf_clover:
