How to create a new Zoi in the family?

I went to the CAZ of my Zoi but still didnt find an option to add a new Zoi. Help please

When viewing the map, click on “families” in the upper left corner, then click on the marked icon to create a new family

Just as a question for my understanding: Do you mean adding a family to a current save state or adding a Zoi to your active Zoi you are playing as?

Edit: I think the Plus in the Zoi card next to the portrait let’s you add a new Zoi to your current family you play, but I did not check it yet:
