Adding Family members to Household not possible

I am unable add a Zoi to my current household as there are no options available to edit

The following methods does not allow the option:

• (go to the city menu by pressing the ‘M’ key while you are playing as a family. From here, select the ‘All Families’ button in the upper left corner of the city map screen)

• (go to your Smartphone and then choose ‘City Map’. From there, select the family you wish to edit and choose ‘Add Family Member’)

I hope you will look into this as it was mentioned as a previously known bug and let me know if there is another way of doing it perhaps.
