More than 8 Zoi about

How do i more than 8 Zoi at home? Is there a mod for this?

Yeah the game blocks at 8
Even the modkid puts an artificial limit at 8.

I put a suggestion to increase the size of family but it did not gather much support.

Using a bit of file editing me and another managed a working mod for that (mine goes up to 14 members) but the game’s UI does not adjust the family bar size to it. So I did not upload it.

Remove the 8 zoi per family limit.

Before 0.4.0, there was a bug (and yes, it was a bug) where with some pre-generated families (like the ‘Collins’ in Bliss Bay), you could have more than 8 family member, by just birthing more children. I managed 12 family members in one save and 10 in 2 others. Now this was super fun, but part of the bug was where the family bar typically on the right side of the screen would not exceed 8 member.
