The Soldier career in Dowon is unplayable. An employed adult Zoi has no way to leave for the off-site / rabbit-hole job (Military Manpower Administration). There is no “Go to work” option on scheduled workdays.
The same career line works in Bliss Bay (Navy): the Zoi leaves, the shift starts, and work choices appear.
In Dowon there is also no attendance penalty and no firing for missed days, so the work shift does not seem to start at all.
Both Zois are adults with completed high school and university.
Thank you for reporting this. Does this bug happen on an older save file (= pre-v0.10.0) or with a brand new one? 
After the September update (v0.10.0 / now on v0.10.3) I started a new household / new game. The Dowon Soldier career still does not start there.
I also have Bliss Bay where the Navy career works (Zoi leaves and work choices appear).
I think it’d be helpful for the team if you upload an affected save file here too. Bliss Bay Navy, current save, Friday morning (work hours, ~9:00 a.m.):
- Career: Navy / Soldier. Taxi is on the street.
- Clicking the taxi only shows walk / run / pose / clean / call. No work option.
- Clicking the Zoi → Workplace actions only shows “Take time off” and “Use sick leave”. There is no “Go to work”.
- The rabbit hole does not start.

I no longer have the older broken Dowon Soldier save from after the September update. In a later brand-new Dowon game the Soldier rabbit hole did start once. This Bliss Bay save still exists if you need the file.
Yes, if you still have one of the save files, please consider uploading it here or via one of the other ways mentioned in the guide. I think this can help the team a lot

I think view-only isn’t the right choice, because the team might need to download the save file. Btw, I checked out the link and didn’t see the specific save game files, only the zoi portraits and family portraits I’m not a pro when it comes to google drive, so maybe the save files appear once you change the permission.
The save file is in the zip: 20260904-015811.usvx (about 6.9 MB), plus the folder with portraits.
