When reporting a technical issue or bug, the more information you provide, the faster and more accurately we can investigate.
Below are the ways you can safely and securely share your files with the inZOI Team.
How to Collect the Files
Save Files
- Windows: [\Documents\inZOI\SaveGames]
- MAC (Steam): [\Documents\inZOI\SaveGames]
- MAC (App Store): [\Library\Containers\com.krafton.inzoi\Data\Documents\inZOI\SaveGames]
To help us investigate the issue, please compress the entire folder including all files related to the affected save and upload it as one .zip file.

If there is only one save file
- Right-click the folder of the affected save and select “Compress the folder”

If there are multiple save files
- Select all affected save folders, right-click, and choose “Compress the folder” to create a single
.zipfile.
- Select all affected save folders, right-click, and choose “Compress the folder” to create a single
DxDiag Report (Windows)
- Windows: Press [Windows+R], type [dxdiag], and click [Save All Information].
Crash Dump Files
- Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\inZOI\BlueClient\Saved\Crashes
- MAC (Steam): Users{UserName}\Library\Application Support\UnrealEngine\5.4\Saved\Crashes
- MAC (App Store): Users{UserName}\Library\Containers\com.krafton.inzoi\Data\Library\Application Support\UnrealEngine\5.4\Saved\Crashes
If you are unsure which file to include, please compress all related files and send them.
Please also make sure to send the full, unedited files. Partial or modified files may prevent proper investigation.
Privacy Notice:
Some files—such as DxDiag reports, logs, or crash dumps—may contain system information including your Windows username or computer name. Please review the contents before uploading.
How to Send the Files
Please set the file(s) to be shared for anyone that has access to your Drive link
Option 1: Upload via Forum Post
You can attach files directly to your post.
How to upload:
- Click the upload icon (
) in the post editor. - Select your file(s) and attach.
- Files uploaded to the forums are accessible to all members so please don’t share any personal information.
- This methods may have a file size restriction (max 30MB). For larger files, we recommend submitting them via Drive link or our Support Center.
Option 2: Submit directly to the inZOI Team
If you’re not comfortable uploading to the forums or the file size is too large, you can send your files directly to the inZOI Team.
- This option is only available to the original poster (OP) of a forum topic now.
- We’ll send you an automated email via our Support Center. Please reply directly to that email with your files attached.
This is the method for sharing files securely and privately.
Option 3: Submit via our Support Center
If you are replying to a thread where the same issue has already been reported and prefer a more private option, please create a ticket through our Support Center.
- To help us follow up, please include the link or title of the related forum thread, or provide a short summary of the issue in your ticket.
