Owner of business got fired while playing another household

So I just returned to a household with a business and had to learn the owner got fired? By whom?
It was surely not me, like the notification claims.
I have always turned autonomy off in the settings and for each Zoi individually.
This really shouldn’t happen. And I, as the player, want at least a choice in such actions.
I didn’t even get a notification.

I’ve noticed this too. Happened the first time in v0.4.0, if I remember correctly. Sometimes when returning to my original family from March 2026, where the female Zoi works at the amusement park in Bliss Bay (office team lead), she’s left without a job. A few updates back, the same bug began annoying me in Dowon with the Idol career. Thankfully, in these cases I can re-apply and it doesn’t matter much. That’s totally different with your self-employment issue
