My game is unable to load

After the update, my game is unable to load. When I launch it, the screen shows the banner and then closes. I keep clicking repeatedly, but it still won’t open.

Could you please fill out the report form (which you left empty in your original post) with the required info? Unfortunately, without knowing which kind of setup you’re using, etc. we’re unable to try and help you.

The crashing issue is still ongoing, and I am not using any other mods. I have deleted and reinstalled the game from scratch, but the problem still persists. :face_with_crossed_out_eyes:

Went back to March update and it’s running. I will try to go back on April update now and hopefully it will work.

It’s still doesn’t open on April update.

AMD graphics driver got updated today. I just noticed. That’s why this morning there’s a long loading. But I was able to play after that though.

I uninstall, install the AMD drivers and I can open my game. Hopefully it will continue like this.

I tested something since this morning I am able to play after the AMD update and I turned off my pc. When I came back and turn ON my pc I can’t play inZOI. I I uninstall and install the drivers and the game went running. I turned off my pc and turn it on. Open my inZOI and it closed.

Looks like it’s AMD related not inZOI. I saw this on Reddit.

I turned Off Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling and it fixed my issue. I saw that on Discord, thanks to Dave.

I’m having the same issue. The presentation image appears, then nothing. I started playing today, I have no mods.

I’d love to upload my saved games folder as well…but it says its too big to upload. i only have one small game lol

Update: I tried what @davinneca suggestedd right above me and it worked! but i crashed again 30 minutes later.

Hi, i am experiencing the same thing. Fresh install of windows 11, Game. No mods, latest driver. RTX 3070. It starts and load on INZOI logo then crash to desktop..

With the new update patch I just had a clean reinstall of the graphic drivers and now I can use HAGS.
