Zoi unable to leave jail

Zoi got arrested. Performed all activities. When time came to leave jail, nothing happened. The zoi is now serving second day without a way to leave. Rescue option does not work at all on any zois.

If you click on your zoi you don’t see the option to leave jail?

The option came up once at the end of the sentence but nothing happened after I clicked it. It did not come up since.

Workaround for now: You can use the Emergency Rescue button in Psycat’s Guide to get them out of jail if the normal interaction didn’t work.

(You can also do this to escape jail early without penalty lol)

Unfortunately, the rescue option stopped working for me as well. Not sure when that happen. When I click on escape button, I cannot select or click on any zoi. It does not matter if they are inside or outside.

I first noticed right after the patch in my old safe file. I moved my zoi family into a new apartment, but there were random zois inside and outside of the apartment. Non family zois inside would act as residents. Zois outside would stand in a group and starve. This post relates to my brand new safe file without mods or old safes.

I’m sorry you are experiencing this issue, I think it’s in the known issues but they haven’t publish a fix yet. In the meantime, have you tried teleporting? Which city are you in?

To teleport you have to enable cheats in the psycat menu, open the cheat console in (crtl + shift + c) then paste teleport [region ID or coordinates].

Depending on which city your zoi is living in (I’m guessing Cahaya since there seem to be issues with jailtime in Cahaya haha) you can go to the cheats page and search for any random region ID to teleport to. Check the cheats guide here.

Thank you for all the tip about teleported cheat! Did not realize we have that option. I’ll report back in a few days once I had a chance to try it.
