At my business fitness center, I noticed when my zoi is finished eating they don’t automatically throw away/cleanup, you have to manually direct them to throw away/cleanup.

I noticed that too. It doesn’t happen with every Zoi as far as I saw though. In my current household, one female Zoi is the business owner + works and another male Zoi is employee. She (the owner) currently doesn’t throw her dishes away but the male one does sometimes :thinking:
But I remember, back when the business update launched, Zois automatically threw empty dishes away. Seems to have changed with a patch. Probably v0.5.3 or .4?

did you give your employees the “throw away” task? They will eventually clean up after the customers

No I’m a 1 star business and only have one employee…

Devs, don’t fix this, I actually like the way it is now (nice having the employee do it.

I think it is probably intended behaviour because you either need to pay attention to making your zoi clean up, or to add the task for an employee. Zois at home still clean up properly, so thankfully it’s not a bug, and just adds another thing for us to watch for while tending our businesses. :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

@trainguygaming1045 is it only your Zoi not cleaning up or all the customer Zois as well?

I have the same issue in my internet café shop but here it is mainly my Zoi who would never clean his dishes up. The customers are actually bringing their plates to the bin quite frequently if not interrupted by some other action. So I only have to clean after them from time to time but my own Zoi would never clean up after eating. Also even though there is a sink and dishwasher on the property my Zoi (and also the customer Zois) are unable to wash the dishes, you can only order them to throw the plate into the bin. It seems that there is something missing in the game which would allow the Zois to recognize the dishwasher or sink as an option to wash the dishes on a business property as it is still working fine on every home lot.

my zoi’s and their employees use the sink to wash dishes in my business. They either throw it away or wash it. I notice when things go bad (spoiled foods), they wash those dishes/cups up but throw away everything else. As for my own zoi, she hates housework and is not neat so she doesn’t always clean up after herself (which I like) and she gets those black hearts whenever she is cleaning up

Actually, that’s the same for me. One time, a customer left a plate of cookies, but my zoi needed something to eat so it worked out alright. :joy: But if she eats lunch, she’ll leave her bowl out unless I make her clean it up.

@Starwing That is why I decided I want the feature to stay and asked it not to be touched ie fixed.
