NPC Took My Zoi's Food and Ate It

    My zoi was at work in her active career (Adam Entertainment), eating a staff meal, when another employee took it off the table, walked off with it and started to eat it in another room. My zoi carried on eating as if the plate were still there.

  • Pretty funny actually, but kind of immersion breaking; I assume food-theft is not an intended part of the existing crime mechanics.

My Zoe had the same situation at Adam Entertainment, it looked funny until my Zoe continued eating without having a plate in front of her.

There seem to be a few new quirks working there since the March update, this one is at least fairly harmless, just jarring!

Just to add that this is another eating-related issue in the Adam Entertainment building (possibly other active career buildings too, but I don’t use any of them at this time).

It may be that zoi’s are programmed to want to use a table to eat, but are unable to use these chairs for anything other than holding meetings, so the conflict leads to them eating out of thin air while their plates are on the table.

The problem also happens with laptops, NPCs take it out of your hands :joy: and even among themselves, they steal food from each other in my restaurant :sweat_smile:
