Steps to Reproduce: food preparation
One of my Zois needs to celebrate a birthday.
When clicking on the refrigerator, “Prepare food” action, the Birthday Cake and Cake dishes disappeared.
I tried in different families and also in different saves, but it’s not there.
In the birthday event, however, the cake is required to complete some actions

There’s a birthday event implemented? I haven’t seen that in 700 hours of gameplay 
The cakes were deliberately patched out of the game quite a while ago, if I remember correctly. I assume, the “real bug” is the event still triggering

You create the birthday event from programming > create event > party. Choose location, time and guests
The cake was removed recently, I had used it for a birthday a short time ago.
The photo is from December 18th. The birthday person had forgotten about it and cooked it directly at Cherry Park (my modified Liberty plaza).

Only the birthday cake. But you need that one to blow out the candles and make a wish

Guys, we were mistaken! The devs re-categorized both cakes. They’re now listed as baking goods and you can find them when baking at any oven.

Oh, thank you! I always cook from the refrigerator and had no idea there were products that can only be cooked in the oven
