I just wanted to move the Boys back and their household just vanishes ö.ö

Usually, when they move to another lot, I leave a Zoi at their house so it doesn’t reset.
And then I just move them back and the housekeeper Zoi out.
I’ve done that lots and lots of times before, but today, their household just vanishes.

There is the houskeeper in their house, I move zois between the households…

after that the house is empty and the household is missing in the family chart,
name of the household is Kiyoshi Ito, so it should be under K or I, but it isn’t.
Lucky me I’m so paranoid and save often in lots of new saves!
When I load the last auto save, it’s reproduceable, but as I mentioned before I’m paranoid about my games and I won’t share my save.
Take it as a warning to save often and then some.
And at least in two or more different saves, so when one goes corrupt, you still can roll back.

Wesley still has them in his friendship list and can call them over, but I can’t add them back (I guess?)

And as expected the house is reset -.-

Before we left

At least we have super improved collision meachnics and the devs are refining the frying-pan-in-the-face animations thorougly.

I think the problem is that there is only one Zoi in the household and I moved him out while moving the others in at the same time.

When I split the procedere - move to Boys back home and leaving him there, play their household, make one of the Boys the active Zoi and then go to ‘move families’ again, move the housesitter out → the household+house doesn’t get deleted phew !!!

Still this is in dire need of a fix ö.ö

Hello @LennyOgg,
We apologize for the inconvenience.

Could you provide us the save files so that we can check on it thoroughly? Instructions can be found here: How to Send User Files to The inZOI Team (Updated)

Thank you!

I always save builds, especially being properties reset, which I’m hoping the devs fix it so the properties don’t reset unless we reset them.

Yes me too, I save everything all the time. Every session in a separate save and each building in various states if building. And backups, many many backups.

It’s easy to reproduce, chose any two households and swap the members so none is left in the household they’d been before.

In my latest test even both households got deleted -.-
Plus both of their properties

When I try to move the one Zoi out of the single household, I get this message and I think this is what causes this, that the game thinks the household moved out.
So the house gets resetted.

But I did not get that message and somehow the Zois get deleted.

Household ‘Spencer’ and ‘PC Bang’ are erased from Dowon

Situation before:

Hello @LennyOgg,
Based on the information you provided, we have recreated the same conditions internally and were able to reproduce the issue. We are currently conducting further investigation to identify the root cause.

Additionally, during our overall analysis process, the occurrence and impact of certain issues may vary depending on user’s Save files, Zoi settings, game progression, DLC/Mods, and other specific user environmental factors. For this reason, we may request a save file to ensure a more accurate and timely review. If we are unable to fully reproduce the issue internally, we may reach out again to request your save file. We appreciate your understanding, and your cooperation would be greatly helpful. :psycat_blush:

Thank you sincerely for taking the time to report this issue. We truly appreciate your support and will do our best to provide improvements as quickly as possible.

The root cause is that when both households are swapped, the game thinks the household got dismissed and therefore resets the lots.
And since it’s not a dismissal/eviction the game does not know where to put these households and deletes them.
