Game crashes when trying to run it after the update.

After the update, I cannot start a new game or continue an existing game.

The game automatically closes whenever I click on “New Game” or “Continue.”

I thought there might be a problem with my files, so I deleted all my continue saves and tried to start a new game, but the same issue occurs.

Even after deleting and restarting the game, the problem persists, and verifying the game file integrity doesn’t help either.

I was really enjoying Inzoi, so please help me get the game working again. ㅠㅠ

  • Details: I am new to the game. It has always run well until todays update (April 29th). I would try to load a previous save but then the game would kick me off, same as a new game. I disabled my mods, I tried redownloading AMD, I deleted and reinstalled both Steam & Inzoi but it still wouldn’t work. I went under verify the games files are installed correctly and didn’t seem to have any issues.. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Smart Joy is off, but the game still auto-closes when starting a new game.

Can you please check if the in-game settings are properly adjusted to your system? After the v0.8.0 update. the settings have been reset. If you haven’t done anything like this before, it’d be best to start by setting them to “very low” and then test if it still crashes. Once it launches without issues, you can start adjusting the settings a tad higher :slightly_smiling_face:

latest hotfix messed up a lot of stuff. graphics look worse, and ghosting is back. likewise, game is charshing even though it was completely fine earlier

Hi! The game still crashes after Hotfix 8.
It closes without error messages when trying to load a save or start a new game. This happens even when enabling and disabling mods, changing graphics, or repairing Steam files. The previous version from 2026-03-26 is working.
System specifications:

Windows 10
AMD Ryzen 5800 x
NVIDIA GeForce 3070

Hi there! The problem was resolved when I launched the game in fullscreen mode instead of borderless windowed mode. I also lowered the Nvidia settings. Idk what of this action helped but for now it works <3

Hi! Some update: after restart PC it dosent work anymore. No idea why but for now I have the same problem

I am having the same issue, cannot open a saved game, cannot start a new game, just crashes with no error message, I have a top spec gaming machine only 6 months old, more than meets the specs, nothing I do seems to fix the issue, please help, this has only been happening since the last update

Same!! My game is doing the exact same thing. Yesterday, it was working fine. Today, it just started crashing everytime I tried to go to a save file or build mode.

I’m having the same issue! It wasn’t working for me yesterday, so I tried today and still having the same issue. There’s no indication it’s going to crash, as everything in the mods menu and loading screen works smoothly. Then it crashes when trying to load or create a game.

I thought it was just me… thankfully I only had one crash in 6 hours but I felt something was off.
Okay so it’s not on my side and I can stop pulling hair about the graphics.
