Yes. I’ve been fixing it for so many hours and it’s working perfectly fine now with Smart Zoi turned off. Maybe it’s the latest update of the AMD drivers or something.

Just to make sure are you running it on the dedicated gpu?
While the ARs kindly look into this, I wanted to say that your specs seem pretty strong so maybe this is an issue that the new engine caused, in case you are playing in the UE5.6 beta, but you can still try:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\inZOI\Saved

Okay I will do that. My driver is up to date. I am not using it on beta since I want to use mods. I tested it out the beta just once then revert to it’s original.
I tried next engine version just now without any mods and still crashed with Smart Zoi On. Once I turned it off it’s fine again.

Would you please upload one of the older save files your tried to load with SmartZoi active? I’d like to try to reproduce your bug in all possible ways. Since I haven’t used SmartZoi frequently yet, I’ll try it with my various saves too of course.
20260322-142057.zip (8.5 MB) When there is Smart Zoi On there is no sound during loading when it is about to be on live mode. On Smart Zoi Off during loading and when I hear a sound already that sounds like “Execute” for a property I know I can open it. This is the save file for Smart Zoi Off. I can’t open the live mode when it’s ON, how will I save it? It always crashes whenever I try to open it with Smart Zoi On so it’s not on the save file.
I uninstall and reinstall the inZOI just now with a clean slate and it crashed with Smart Zoi ON, OFF and it’s fine again.

Having the same issue. Smart Zoi was working just fine, now the game crashes on loading any save file. Turning off Smart Zoi fixes it.
I’m also on an AMD card (RX 9070 XT). I tried rolling back the latest driver update, but it did not help. 
i’m also on an AMD card (RX 9060 XT), experiencing the same issue even today after the new update!
Same problem since the last game update, whereas before it worked perfectly

Please fix the problem or refund us for the game.
Getting this with an RX 7900 XTX as well, I notice that using AI Build in build mode also gives a CTD. Would be nice to get an acknowledgement from the team about this issue

So i’ve posted a report yesterday where my game began freezing and became unresponsive. I’ve finally managed to track it down to smartzoi. I’ve been using it just fine since release last year, but yesterday it randomly started crashing my game. It might have to do something with drivers since i’ve updated my drivers yesterday to the latest version and have finally made the connection
Nvidia driver version is 529.97

I don’t have a “saved” folder inside my “blueclient” folder, but then again, smartzoi didn’t really crash my game but made it freeze indifinetily.

My game has been freezing frequently since the last hotfix. I use task manager to kill the game. I tried turning Smartzoi off just now and I played for 15 min before the game froze again

. I have never used mods and this is a new save game. I also have no Saved folder under BlueClient.
I’m editing this because I think the only time my game froze was when I had Smartzoi turned on. I did realize that I could ctrl-alt-del and bring up task manager and then my game would unfreeze and I could go back to it and keep playing. I tried turning off Frame Generation and played for over an hour without the game freezing so that seems to be working.
