Since the update yesterday when my zois go to work instead of the babysitter coming , I return home with my zois to find both the toddlers sat out in the garden ,
I tried the toddler bath as well and then couldn’t get my toddler out of it , Tried the emergency reset and my toddler promptly crawled back to the bath and sat there stuck again .Ended up having to exit the game , Get the toddler to crawl away and quickly delete the bath , otherwise the toddler crawled away then turned round and went and sat back in it .

No idea which files to keep in the Save folder , If i try to send the complete save folder it says it is too big and if i try and send it direct to support it throws out an error when i drag and drop it into the place it says, Do i just delete all the 4 folders inside the save file folder that seem to only contain portraits then just sned it with the USVX files
Game Version: Latest, Build ID: 22581763 (version on witch issue occurred, save created most likely one version back, I have auto update so I’m not sure)
8G GPU memory, GPU details are irrelevant (I think) as it is not graphic issue
66GB free on SSD volume that the game is installed on
Steps to Reproduce: I don’t know if the issue is reproducing, that is what I did:
occurred after bathing toddler, autonomy off,
the dad washed kiddo, finished, but kiddo was still sitting in the bathtub
he was not fully clean, so I asked him to wash few times thinking he will finish
after kiddo was clean, the bathing still didn’t finish, the bathing was only option, and the last one that any Zoi could performed on the toddler.
dad couldn’t pick kiddo up
so i asked kiddo to move and he did, water diapered from bathtub and all was good
kiddo was interacting with things normally (some of his interactions with sofa for example also was stuck, but it was enough just to cancel one and the next one was fine)
parents couldn’t interact, I could click interaction, and both toddler and parent would attempt to perform it, but they would just stand/sit and not do anything, as Robert described, toddler was returning to the bathtub before almost every action he performed

Have the same-ish problem. My toddler after using bathtub, but I can’t delete the bathtub. Unlike Robert, in my case there was no babysitter as parents didn’t go out at the same time.
The toddler cant be interacted with (that why he is miserable, not my fault), the rescue did not help. I’ve attached usvx. There was no crash so no crash report, if I can provide any other logs or something let me know.
Save was created yesterday (03/30 about 4-5PM GMT), but the issue occurred today (but not immediately after opening, it was fine at first), and steam says that “Installed content updated: Mar 31, 2026 at 12:49PM (2:49AM GMT)”. I think it updated between save creation and issue, but it updated before too, that is why I said “probably one build back”.
The “fix” of making the new file satisfies my desire to play so no rush, but as we know, making new save does not fix the bug, so I just wanted to send some additional info
