Hi, here is another copy of my dx report; I do not have a Saved folder or any crash reports under BlueClient for inZOI on the affected laptop as I did a fresh re-install while troubleshooting the crashing issue before posting to the forums, so my device hasn’t been able to generate one yet.
right, I’m aware. I’m saying that my BlueClient folder lacks a Saved sub-folder due to me uninstalling then re-installing inZOI as part of my troubleshooting process when I first experienced the launch failure. This is how my folder currently looks as I have not successfully entered the game since reinstalling for it to generate anything beyond this yet.
