UPDATE :

After hotfix 0.8.4 , STILL THIS ISSUE !!!

Please fix this ASAP. I can’t even get into the game anymore. If I can’t get in soon, I’m asking for a refund.

Hi! Strange error. See if this helps.

Please check if your Steam ID and Krafton ID are correctly linked. See
How do I link or unlink my KRAFTON ID account?

Also the following:

Steam > Settings > Downloads > Clear Download cache.

Exit Steam.

Restart your system (not shutdown, but Restart). Then start steam. You may have to Log In to Steam again.

Then verify Inzoi game files . Then try starting Inzoi again.

It doesn’t work. Other games are fine, but only inzoi has the problem.

Doesn’t work either! DivineManifest

Sorry to hear that!
Then this is certainly a frustrating bug!

Hurry up with the hotfix, or we’ll actually have to refund it

I’ve been having this issue since the new update. I’ve already done the steps from this post :backhand_index_pointing_down:

and my drivers are updated, and I reinstalled the game. Please fix this :sob:

We’ll probably have to wait for a hotfix. In the meantime, you can roll back to the March 26 version to keep playing while waiting for the developers to fix it. It would also help to post feedback on the inZOI forums so the devs can see the issue more easily. Here’s how to roll back to an older version: RIGHT MOUSE on INZOI at Steam Library — Properties — Betas

After updating, my game is malfunctioning. I am unable to launch it as it repeatedly crashes to the desktop. Additionally, an error message from Steam appears.

Update : After hotfix 0.8.1 , STILL THIS ISSUE !!!

I am also having this issue

  • Game Version: 0.81

  • Platform: (Steam windows / Steam Mac / Mac)

  • Mods: (never used)

  • Hardware Specifications & Operating System windows 11, 1TB nvme, ryzen 7 9700f, rtx 5070, 32 ddr5

  • Steps to Reproduce: when launching game, failed to authenticate and crashes. Followed all steps on guide. Did not fix post hot fix either

Could be something to do with the game trying to connect to the Steam servers for verification. You could try logging in and out of Steam. Worst case scenario, uninstall steam and reinstall it.
