Hi, here is another copy of my dx report; I do not have a Saved folder or any crash reports under BlueClient for inZOI on the affected laptop as I did a fresh re-install while troubleshooting the crashing issue before posting to the forums, so my device hasn’t been able to generate one yet.

right, I’m aware. I’m saying that my BlueClient folder lacks a Saved sub-folder due to me uninstalling then re-installing inZOI as part of my troubleshooting process when I first experienced the launch failure. This is how my folder currently looks as I have not successfully entered the game since reinstalling for it to generate anything beyond this yet.

What if you try something even more radical? Right-click “This PC” - Properties - Advanced system settings (on the right for Windows 10 or slightly below for Windows 11) - On the “Advanced” tab in the “Performance” section, click the “Settings” button. And select “Adjust for best performance” there. This will disable all visual effects entirely. Will the problem persist after that?

I suspect the issue might be with drivers. It’s just very interesting why running Discord helps you. It might be regulating something from these settings.

  • Game Version: v0.7.2 ; 20260331.11471.W

  • Platform: (Steam windows)

  • Mods: (only used in-game installed mods, now the whole mods folder has been removed)

  • Hardware Specifications & Operating System (Windows 11 25H2 26200.8039, U7-265K, RTX5080, 64GB Ram):

  • Issue Date: from 31.03 till now(02.04)

  • Error Message: after logo then black screen, then whole process dead

  • It worked fine before v0.7.2 patch.
  • I’ve tried everything I known, like update graphic driver, directX, clean UE setting and so on… still doesn’t work.
  • And it didn’t work even when I rollback the game to older versions.

I’ve had the same problem since today regardless of whether smart zoi is activated or not - after about 10 minutes of playing I get kicked out of the game.

I apologize in advance for the constant commenting on here but is there maybe a way to know when this could be fixed? We haven’t played in days and are all eager to be able to enjoy the game again. I can provide any other information you all may need that may help the process :blush:

I feel you TT I downloaded maybe 5 games, played for max 1hr then deleted them.. I miss InZoi the most I don’t want other games T.T

right, I tried playing Crimson Desert and Resident Evil that came with my laptop but nothing is as exciting for me right now as getting back to my zois. I don’t have the same excitement for any other game at the moment and keep waking up disappointed that my game is still not working at all.

I can open the game, but my game crashes whenever i enable smart zoi on settings. So maybe this can shed some light on the issue.

I don’t have any save files since I did a re-install of the game twice, trying to look for solutions. Game crashes within seconds of hitting play.

I tried it and it still crashes on my end; I also tried an OBS workaround that I found online and that did the same crash at start up :confused:
