Zoi's cant go up stairs. I control them to go up stairs and it glitches then makes them bald

    If I have them do an interaction thats upstairs it says they cant get there
    When I control my Zoi to go up stairs it glitches out then makes them bald

I have the same issue where my zoi cannot move towards a target when the stairs is U shaped.

Thank you for reporting this. Can you please upload the affected save file here? This helps the team a lot.

@bobby.haliwela - please fill out the report form (just copy it from the beginning of the thread) and fill in your system specs, etc., then post it here too. This makes it easier for the devs to detect similarities and find the root of the bug.

    Create a U shaped stairs, have the zoi walk on it, it says “Cannot move here” or something similar.

I should also add that this is happening in a house that i have previously built before the update. If i enter build mode, delete the house and create any shape of stairs, it works just fine. Do i really need to build a new house with the new update?

Unfortunately, I’m not much of a builder, so I don’t have any insight into the deeper systems. I assume it could be related to the recent property sizes upgrade. Maybe a true fix for this bug will take very long to find :thinking: If possible, once you have some inspiration and time, build a new version of the house. That’s the safe bet IMHO.
