Second floor problem

I still have the problem to go on the second floor, I have to move my Zoi to one floor house to solve this problem. Second floor is just locked for some reason

No, i forgot, my Zoi is in a new one floor house now He just cant go up the stairs, he cant go inside the house on the second floor
