Is anyone else having a problem with the resort stairs?

The two Zoi households that are living at the resorts can’t use their second floors. They can’t seem to go up the stairs and that’s where the bedrooms are, so they’re having a difficult time of it. I’ve tried fixing it and I can’t. I’ve tried resetting the properties and that doesn’t work. Is anyone else having this problem? I’d like to resolve it before it gets worse for the families. They’re already unhappy.

Omg i found the problem. Replace the stairs with some others but before that take away the small light on the wall. This worked for me.

Thank you! That worked! I couldn’t get the original stairs back in the bungalow, so switched them out, but they can use all of the beds again.

me too had the exact same problem with the house you buy on the resort, my Zoi’s went up to the second floor okay somehow then were starving because they couldn’t get down again, replaced the stairs and had to move small light to place stairs, maybe just moving the small light alone will fix ?

After moving to the “Premium Ocean View Villa” located on the Resort Island in the INZOI Cahaya DLC and entering Build Mode, I encountered a critical bug. Even if I use Build Mode without making any modifications and then exit, the door on the second floor suddenly becomes blocked.

  • If the player is outside when this occurs, the second floor becomes permanently inaccessible.

  • If the player is inside the second floor, they become trapped and cannot exit through the door.

The only way to fix this is to move out to another property and then move back in, which resets the villa. However, the moment Build Mode is entered again—even by mistake—the bug reoccurs, making the second floor unusable once more.

As a result, it is impossible to decorate or customize the house, since entering Build Mode inevitably triggers the bug.

Furthermore, this issue is not limited to the Premium Ocean View Villa. The same problem also occurs in Garden Villa #115 whenever Build Mode is used, resulting in the second floor being blocked as well.

Thank you for the follow-up. I have recorded the issue occurring in the Premium Ocean View Villa #302 and Garden Villa #115 attached the video here for your review. The recording shows how the second floor becomes inaccessible after entering and exiting Build Mode.

Hi everyone (@here),

  • Zois may intermittently be unable to move between floors using certain staircases.
    • Please note that when continuing from an already affected save file, the issue may still persist.

This issue was fixed in v0.4.0.
Please create a new thread if you’re still experiencing this issues after the latest updates. :psycat_blush:
