I was also looking for the new cheat menu. I even watched the YouTube video about the new update again to check how to open it, but when I press the keys or select the command from the options menu, the old console for entering codes appears instead.
How should one go about activating the new menu?
I’m having the same issue. It was showcase by every single influencer has a great new feature with the April Update but there is no where to be found. I can only open the old cheat text box.
Same. It seems they disabled it before releasing the update, perhaps because not all the cheats were working properly.
Ctrl + Shift + C - in the video there was this cool window that popped up where you could freely set everything about Sims. For me, it still just opens the console where I have to manually type the code.

Hello everyone (@here), we’d like to clear up some confusions regarding the cheat GUI.
The cheat GUI is still in development and was not included in this update.
It may have been visible in preview and influencer playtest builds, but it’s not yet ready for release.
We plan to introduce it in a future update.
Thank you for your patience, and we’ll be closing this thread for now since this isn’t a bug.
