  • Steps to Reproduce: Go busking at Bliss Bay’s Liberty Square on weekday, after school hours

  • It first happened about 3 weeks ago (mid-January 2026) but then I haven’t played until today (Feb 23, 2026). There’s no error message or screenshot. My teenage sim goes busking at Bliss Bay Liberty Square. The busking option is available, there’s a guitar case (the one next to the cotton candy and the benches), she has lvl9 singing. NPCs walk over and the tipping animation plays but she isn’t receiving any money into her account.

    UPDATE: I added a guitar case + mic stand to the North Beach community lot and my teen zoi is now earning money. But the one at Liberty Square still doesn’t work.

Hey there, welcome to the inZOI forum!

I think making money off of street performances isn’t implemented yet. It hasn’t worked since release. I’m not sure this is a bug though, but we’ll see what the team says :grinning_face:

I’m pretty sure it was implemented. Here’s another post where people have reported earning money through busking: Play for tips (instruments and singing) - Thanks! Has been implemented lately! - #3 by Liessahl

Oh thank you, I haven’t tired it in ages and must’ve missed that thread. Then this appears to be a bug. Great catch :grinning_face:

Yes, it does work, though I also have the issue with getting ‘tips’ without actually receiving any money. I’m not sure if this is a bug or if there’s some other reason for it, like the tipping Zoi not having enough funds.
