Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please tell us your option settings so that we can investigate this issue furhter?
Also, it would be great if you could save your preset and send us your file from [Documents\inZOI\CustomPresets].

Hi @base_002,

On further investigation we have found out that clearing the PSO is the correct way to fix this issue.
If the same issue occurs again, please let us know through a separate thread.

Meanwhile, I’ll go ahead and close this thread since this issue is resolved.
