Don’t really know where to put this, but since buying the game I see a Halloween splash screen every time I launch, but all the Halloween content has been removed from Canvas. You can still do Halloween things in game (candy bucket, spooky laugh, etc), but none of the content seems to be available. If you download Zois wearing the outfit from canvas, they’ll just appear as in their undies in the creator. It’s pretty confusing and frustrating to be honest. Is there something I’m missing here?
Your question is best suited for the Q&A category but one of the devs / staff members can move it once they notice it. Don’t worry about that.

The devs said, they’re working hard on a in-game schedule / calendar. Whenever they implement this, it is expected to include events such as halloween and the upcoming winter event. I assume they’ll give us the objects, items and special interactions from each event again. Until then, unfortunately, you have to use the “ordinary” clothing items, etc.
P.S. - I’m not using any mods myself yet, but it is possible that you can find some preset outfits very similar to the halloween event clothes in canvas and / or curseforge as downloads.
The outfit at least sounds like a bug - if you can download it, it should still be available in game. From the December patch notes linked by Kjun:
Thanks to your support, the "Limited Edition Halloween Outfit Set”, which was previously available only for October, can now be obtained without any time restrictions.
I’d suggest making a bug report specifically for this. Maybe it’ll be fixed when the update is released?
I’ve never seen the new Halloween stuff, except in screenshots and is some influencer’s games.
They really need to stop hiding new content behind artificial walls. Just give us the content right away please.

If you download that outfit you can save it like mentioned in my answer. It’d at least give you some halloween outfits because I assume there are various ones scattered all over canvas.
As some other Creators have mentioned before, this item was originally available for a limited time, but that limitation has since been removed—so please keep that in mind.
If the Halloween outfit was created by another creator (not an official inZOI outfit) and you’re unable to see it properly in CAZ, this is most likely related to a mod issue.
In this case, you’ll need to run a mod sync for the outfit to appear correctly.
※ For reference, during the sync process, you’ll be asked whether you want to delete or keep the mod. When prompted, please make sure to select “Cancel”, as this is required to continue using the mod normally.
If your issue doesn’t fall under either case above, please let us know which content you’re unable to use. Sharing a related link and/or screenshots or a video will help us investigate the issue more thoroughly.
Quick question: Are the palet/twitch downloads supposed to disappear if internet connection is lost??
Explanation: hit a rough time had no internet for a bit, once internet was off, I noticed all the twitch and only palet downloads weren’t there. Never noticed before because internet had been on consistently. Mostly curious.
