Hey there, thank you for posting this!
I’ve moved your thread to the Wishlist category, since it’s very likely that this feature works as intended by the devs atm. I understand that it’s tedious for players who are using shoulderview, but it doesn’t appear to be a bug. Thank you for understanding

From what you’ve described, I can only imagine how much of a pain it must be to use shoulderview. I totally get that it feels like a bug because it keeps players from fully enjoying the game, but I assume the team would prefer to have it listed here. If I’m mistaken, they’ll definitely move it again 
Yes! I love using some of the roof presets without the ceiling - it creates a vaulted ceiling and it looks amazing but it’s so hard to see 
Even if the ceiling would show when you are inside that would be nice instead of being on the bottom floor and seeing sky when you know there is a 2nd floor
