Please add an option to turn on/off the automatic transparency effect applied to the upper parts of buildings and ceilings while using Shoulder View camera mode.
Shoulder View is not Top View. Shoulder View is supposed to follow the Zoi from eye level, allowing the player to experience the space from that perspective. However, when everything above the ceiling is automatically made transparent or hidden, it looks as if the ceiling simply does not exist. Even sunlight enters the building as if there is no ceiling at all. Does that feel natural?
Why create such a good system like Shoulder View if its strengths cannot be properly used?
Is this because of optimization? If so, why should Shoulder View users always have to suffer because of users with lower-end PCs? Please at least provide an on/off option to solve the issue where ceilings and upper building sections are automatically hidden or made transparent.
I even tried to find a way to fix this through the ModKit, but it was impossible.
Free Camera mode is not Shoulder View. Lowering the camera angle with the mouse wheel from Top View is also not Shoulder View. These are not real solutions to the fundamental problem, and they are not methods that Shoulder View users can be satisfied with.
This needs to be fixed through an official patch by adding an on/off option.
