I always play with all the walls completely up because I love the immersive feeling of actually being present in that space. However, I noticed that whenever my ZOI goes up or down the stairs, the entire upper floor turns transparent, automatically showing only the floor I am currently on.
Every time I use the stairs and the upper floor goes invisible, I find myself frantically hitting the ‘PgUp’ key to keep my immersion intact. But honestly, once I’ve already seen that transparent upper floor, the magic is already kind of ruined.
I really wish we had an option (like a toggle setting) for this. Some players might want the whole building to remain visible while using the stairs, while others might prefer the upper floor turning transparent.
If we are given the choice to toggle this feature on or off, it would perfectly satisfy both sides of players who prefer different visual perspectives!
