I am experiencing a very frustrating visual issue: the floors above my active Zoi are constantly disappearing or being visually “cut away” every few seconds.
I understand this is likely an optimization feature.However, this problem does not exist in The Sims 4, and it is very disruptive here.
For example, if my Zoi is on the 1st floor of my 5-story building, floors 2-5 will automatically become invisible after a short time. Even if I manually press ‘Page Up’ to look at the upper floors, the view resets, and they all disappear again just a few seconds later.
This issue completely breaks immersion. It makes it impossible to fully appreciate the tall buildings we worked so hard to create. We cannot enjoy the complete view of our own builds.
If this feature must exist for optimization, please give us a toggle (On/Off) in the game settings to disable it. This would allow players with good PCs to turn it off and enjoy their multi-story homes properly.
