I have to wait for the first saved furniture preset to load up, sometimes just seconds and sometimes about a minute, once it appears I can place it and any more I click from the list load up instantly, I hope this help you

I’ve been waiting forever but it’s still not working, even though I’ve pressed the keys so many times.

I moved your thread to the Technical Help category, because this seems to be an issue with your system, not inZOI in general → I tested your save file on my system and was able to place objects freely and with no lags:
Would you please fill out the required info (the various points you left empty in your OG post) with your system specs, etc. and post it here? It’s impossible to find a solution without that, unfortunately.
