Details(to the issue): Whenever it comes to any interaction of Relationship with a NPC, after this incourse my Zoi is getting “blocked” from them, 2 of the NPC’s completely disappeared and their profile is nonexistent, with one of them I am not able to plan any meetings,… so the gameplay is totally bugged since then.
The current NPC is not showing up in any areas of the “Map”. Neither the other two NPC’s.
Did you try to contact or invite either NPC on various times of the day? I noticed that sometimes they’re not available when sleeping or being at work.

I tried to contact them during the day, like everytime possible but I was never able to plan things with that ZOI, my ZOI had a relationship with. It’s really weird because it was at any time the same thing and it’s been for days in the Game and outside the game. I been having problems with that for 2 days.
I can send them simple messages but any more intercourses are not possible.

I’m currently checking one of the two save files you shared. I can confirm, just like you mentioned in the report, that the NPC Zoi (Donghoon Seo) can’t be called over AND doesn’t accept any meeting invitations. He seems to be a really busy one -.-
I found a workaround which you might want to try in case you don’t want to “let go” of Donghoon:
buy a business lot
open any kind of business there
employ Donghoon
→ I just tried it in your save file and it works. Once you have employed him, you can easily call him over AND have a meeting with him.
Of course you can sell the business and the lot afterwards. Just “lock him in” the next time you’re meeting him - with nothing but your love of course xD

UPDATE!!! I actually could plan a meeting (which is funny) and in the meeting I planned a date again and then we moved in together LMAO!!! <3 So idk what you did but it worked! xDD

About your question: There’s no cheat to change Zois’ life stages yet. I think there used to be some kind of glitch to reset it with presets in CAZ, but it might be fixed by now. Does anybody have more info on it?
Not fully sure if something has changed lately as this is an older guide but @DivineManifest did a very comprehensive guide for such a situation quite some months back:
I thought it would only change the appearance not everything else or is this wrong? Would it then be a brand new Zoi without any relationships from the past?
I did previously save a copy of her as a child Zoi in the character studio via the same cheats for this test. Now we enter the both cheats “showZoiInfo” to get the number above her head and then “CustomZoi XXXXX” to get into CAZ with her:
And I ended up with the same Zoi as a child with all her relationships unchanged. So I think this should work for the purpose of @swiftspeedmode to change Donghoon to a younger Zoi.
I’m glad this still works. I thought in the v0.6.0 update or the latest one there was a fix mentioned, but obviously I simply misinterpreted some of the patchnotes. Might even try that glitch myself soon. Thanks for digging it up
hmm will this work on NPCs and another thing that comes to mind is can we replace existing NPC with our created zois, letting them keep their own traits and relationships but with our creations?
@JoyIsFunner Yes, both should work exactly the same way as described. If you use the cheat „showZoiInfo true“ you get all the Zoi IDs above their heads which you see around your current area. So for an NPC you would need him/her to be somewhere near your playable Zoi so that you can see the ID. And then you can replace the appearance and age and even gender by overwriting the current Zoi with a preset of your liking using the „CustomZoi xxxxx“ cheat. All the relationships should remain untouched.
I did a lot of adjusting on NPCs that way but did not normally fully overwrite them. But as we see this works as well. I did not post the picture here but I also tested to overwrite the Zoi with an old man from my presets and that worked as well. They also still keep their traits, personality and ambitions.
Thanks, This is good to know, a wile back I took the librarian in Cahaya to CAZ and I couldn’t color her hair brown because elders must have gray hair in inZOI for whatever reason , I made her look good, ultimately if I can just replace the NPCs, they will all look good to me ^.^
