Zoi got a cold without even leaving the house

I mentioned before one of my Zois got sick but without being outside but I didn’t have prove.
Now I have.
Mr Fujiwara did not leave the counter at his Onsen and he still stood where I left him a few ingame hours ago (because I turned autonomy off).
Now I returned to the household and he’s got a cold.
I don’t want my unplayed Zois to suffer and die, at least give us a notification when they are in danger so we can take precautions and heal/rescue them.
This also happens when they are stuck/trapped or have routing issues.

This has been happening multiple times in a row in my game too. And the Zois barely leave the house.

Wouldn’t ImmortalZoi cheat keep him alive, I’m assuming this cheat prevents zois from dieing, I always use this cheat on every gameplay

Getting sick due to only being exposed to water isn’t even a real thing
We also don’t get sick from taking a shower.
It would be more realistic getting sick while being close to people who are sick and pass viruses and bacteria
