Have you enabled the cheats in psycat’s guide? (at the right bottom of the screen, the first of the icons ,iirc)

I’ve seen it become unworkable before, even with the PsyCat option on, though. Admittedly most of that was before 0.5.0, though. It seems to happen after I Alt-Tab out of the game a lot (e.g., making several screenshots and posting them here), same as the bug where typing stuff in there is also going through to the game (which may or may not be related), or the bug where time is stuck at 0.3x speed.

I play in “real” full screen, not windowed or windowed full screen, in case it makes any difference for reproducing it.

The workaround that works for me is to save and exit, restart the game, and possibly also turn the psycat option off and back on.

I wouldn’t call it a fix, though. It’s really a workaround for a bug.

Ctrl Shift C will not open when entering the game, I have to click something first every time, then it opens with no problem.

Just like @JoyIsFunner said, I have to click something first, maybe let the game play for a few in-game minutes, then the command works again.
