I would love to see the Crime skill expanded with criminal gangs and organizations.
Since inZOI already has a Crime skill and criminal careers, I think it would be really interesting if Zois could join or create their own criminal organization.
Possible features could include:

Creating or joining a gang

Different ranks such as leader, second-in-command and members

Recruiting other Zois

Criminal missions that can be done together

Rivalries between different gangs

Reputation and influence within the city

Promotions depending on Crime skill and completed missions

Illegal ways of earning money

Gang relationships, friendships, betrayals and conflicts

Increased police attention depending on the gang’s reputation
It doesn’t need to be extremely violent or graphic. I would mostly love a deeper criminal lifestyle system for storytelling and gameplay.
The Crime skill already feels like a great foundation for something like this.
