So this is a wish for a couple of careers to flesh out a legal system, since we already have a rabbit hole lawyer career, a police department, and a functioning prison.
Playable Police Career
A career where you could go around as a police officer, investigating or responding to crimes, writing tickets, and processing in criminals. This one is fairly self explanatory, I believe.
Playable Lawyer Career
Taking on defense and working cases for zois accused of crimes would be a fun dynamic, which I’d like to see expanded since we already have a rabbit hole version of this career. Dealing with lawsuits, and criminal trials, and the preparation for said trials.
Expansion of the Prison Mechanics
Breaking the law should have consequences, but allow for storytelling opportunities, this is by far my biggest wish items, but I’d like to see it split across two levels.
Jail
Where you go after being arrested, and for less serious crimes. I’d like to see maybe a PG13 version of post arrest processing added here. If only to get mugshot screenshots for my criminal zois. While in jail, zois should have a chance to make bail before trial (a way for the game to claim back some of your ill gotten gains if you so choose) or wait it out until trial and sentencing
Prison
For more serious crimes or repeat offenses, I’d like to see this added, possibly taking up full phases of your zoi’s life. Though personally here I do have some things I’d like to see done differently than your previous prison update. One, inmates should be allowed to talk to each other and have relationships form. Potential friends you can see again after you all get out. I’d also like to see a different version of each prison uniform used here, just to differentiate you from the less serious offenders in the jail. Maybe changing over to the one piece jumpsuit from the prison scrubs already used in the inzoi jail, or a recolor for dowon.
This should also include features like prison visitation, for RP elements with your friends from outside.
Prison Guard Career
Linked to the addition of a full prison, a guard career would be completely about helping keep order around the prison, or going through normal prison procedures. Guarding blocks, doing intakes, cell searches, etc. Differentiated from the police career to focus more on the direct dealing with criminal zois.
I know this is pretty ambitious, but Inzoi is one of the only games to give me anything in this regard, and I’d like to see the system be all it can be.
