stuck on loading

  • Platform: Windows PC Steam

  • Mods: removed

  • Hardware Specifications & Operating System (OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM, storage…): AMD Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 7800 XT gaming 16GB
    AMD Ryzen 7 5700X
    32GB RAM and still 200GB of free storage

  • Issue Date: 20.8.2025, ever since the update

  • Error Message (optional): no error message, it just gets stuck

  • Details (Providing reproduction steps helps us): everytime i create my ZOI and try to put them into a world, game gets stuck on this loading screen, even the lil loading thingie down right stops moving, music keeps going tho but nothing happens and i have to close it down fully, tried every city, different zois in preset but still the same :confused: tried to reinstall, delete few mods i had there from before, cleared cache, but nothing and idk what else to do.

Hi @Talia, it looks like you were able to resolve the issue by turning Smart Zoi off.
I’ll go ahead and mark this issue as Solved.
