Stuck on loading page forever

  • Error Message: no error message

  • Details: I’m stuck on the launch loading page. I’ve tried restarting, deleting cache, redownloading, nothing has worked so far.

We have the same specs but mine stuck or crashing on loading page when I try to open the save file when my Smart Zoi is ON, I turned it OFF then my save file can open again. If this is before opening the Main Menu then we have a different problem.
