Are you currently using any mods? If so, please make sure to remove them, because they might be a reason for this issue.

I uninstalled all mods and deleted all files and even uninstalled and reinstalled game.. still nothing

Did you clear the shader caches and steps 5-6 from the guide too? :slightly_smiling_face:
