Crash when loading

  • Platform: (Steam windows )

  • Mods: ( removed)

  • Hardware Specifications & Operating System (OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM, storage…):

  • Issue Date: 8/10/2025

    • Error Message: it crashes when i use loading.
  • Details: start fine , i can touch everything on the beginning but once when i want to go ingame and load on it crashes.

May you share your computer specifications? It could be that your computer cannot handle gameplay

Share your computer OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM, Storage, just as it says when you start a bug report :slightly_smiling_face:

To find CPU, GPU, RAM, and Storage information on Windows, go to your Settings > System > About page (found all the way at the bottom of the System categories).

If it’s more convenient, just share a picture of it, like this:

Also, how much usable RAM do you have (found a little lower on the same page)? Sometimes RAM is damaged, so it’s always good to check that number.

Other tips:

  1. Make sure your graphics card is up-to-date
  2. Make sure your computer OS is up-to-date

I see you’ve already removed mods, but make sure to fully remove them from the mods folder and don’t just disable them from the menus.

hey, my game keeps on crashing no matter what I do I try many things to fix it, but I did not work I lost all the progress in my game and know it won’t let me create a new a game.
